Andrea Jenkins is the Founder and President of Jazzy Pawz Pet Care Suites and a professional dog groomer with over 10 years of experience in the pet care industry.
After entering the field in 2014 and struggling to find mentorship and training opportunities, Andrea built her own path—gaining hands-on experience and developing her skills through dedication and persistence. Today, she is committed to helping others access the same opportunities she once had to create for herself.
Andrea specializes in enrichment-based, one-on-one grooming and has received international training in South Korea, Japan, and Thailand. Her approach focuses on improving the grooming experience for pets through individualized care, patience, and modern techniques.
She is also the founder of Georgia’s first U.S. Department of Labor Registered Dog Grooming Apprenticeship Program. Through this program, Andrea is focused on workforce development, creating structured career pathways, and providing real-world training for aspiring groomers.
Through the Jazzy Pawz Apprenticeship Program, Andrea combines practical experience, personalized instruction, and a supportive learning environment to help students build confidence and develop long-term careers in the pet care industry.
